Kick Boxing

Kickboxing is refers to a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muaythai and western boxing. Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

It is an art which systematically tempering every part of the body, giving special attention to the hands and feet, Enables one to act effectively in the moment of crisis, Karate training provides protection with nothing more than the Empty Hand.


Boxing, also called pugilism, is a combat sport in which two people engage in a contest using only their fists. There are two forms of boxing: amateur and professional. Amateur boxing is an Olympic and Commonwealth sport and is a common fixture in most of the major international games - it also has its own World Championships.

Kung Fu

Kung fu is a Chinese martial arts, also referred to by the Mandarin Chinese term wushu and popularly as Kung fu, are a number of fighting styles that have developed over the centuries in China. These fighting styles are often classified according to common traits, identified as "families", "sects" or "schools" of martial arts.

ai chi is a Chinese martial art that is primarily practiced for its health benefits, including a means for dealing with tension and stress. Among the martial arts, there are two basic types: the hard martial arts and the soft martial arts. The latter are also called internal arts.

Gymnastics is the practice of athletic exercises for the development of the body, especially those exercises performed with apparatus such as rings, pommel horse, bars, and balance beam. Although gymnastics was likely practiced in ancient Egyptian and Chinese cultures.

Knockout Self-defense Classes for women is a safe space for women to develop realistic self-defense skills. Survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence are invited to join the classes.

Martial Arts Weapon

Traditional Japanese and Chinese weapons such as Samurai Sword, Sai, Nunchaku, Long and Short Sticks, Tonfas, Throwing Knives, Bayoneted Rifles and the like are taught and practiced in Martial Arts Training.Legal issues, however, have arisen with some of these weapons due to licensing and the lethal nature of the weapons. Therefore, weapon fighting is taught only to select students and is practiced under strict guidance and supervision.
